This is not a sentence you hear every day – you have been drinking water the wrong way your whole life. Is this even possible?
As bioengineer Dr. Gerald Pollack explains in his groundbreaking research on water – yes, yes it is. There is a common misconception that a person needs water when they feel thirst. This is actually incorrect and unhealthy – in some places of the world, it’s even fatally dangerous. The body feels thirst when it is already dehydrated, when it’s already dying for water. For those who have worked in extremely hot environments, sometimes feeling thirst is already too late. In the desert, the body does not have time to dehydrate after feeling thirsty, and the person can die from it.
For most of us who will never live in these harsh temperatures, we do not often think of thirst as something being wrong, but it is the body’s cry for help as this dehydration quickly harms your health and can cause:

-Poor cognitive functions
-Poor physical performance
-Concentration problems
-Slow metabolism
-Kidney stones
It is easier to identify severe dehydration than mild, chronic dehydration. When severe,
 dehydration in adults causes extreme thirst, infrequent and dark-colored urine, fatigue, confusion, and dizziness. An infant or a young child will experiencedry mouth, lack of tears when crying, irritability, and will have a dry diaper for over three hours. They will also have sunken eyes and cheeks, and a sunken spot on top of the skull.

The causes of this severe dehydration can be an illness with fever, vomiting, or diarrhea; excessive sweating due to an illness, hot and humid weather, and extreme exercising; frequent urination due to a pharmaceutical side effect, diabetes, kidney problems; or a chronic illness; an excess caffeine and alcohol intake; a heat injury; and age – elderly people often have a reduced ability to store water in the body.
But besides severe dehydration, chronic dehydration can be very damaging to the health. Not providing the body with enough water can lead to problems with:
-Temperature regulation
-Waste removal
-Cognitive functions
-Physical performance
-Absorption of vitamins
-Liver and kidney function
-Joint health
-Weight control
As recent research shows, up to 75% of Americans are likely suffering from chronic dehydration.
This also concerns children and adolescents: Harvard research found that at least half are dehydrated.
Up until this point, we have all been told to simply drink more water. But Dr. Pollack challenges this solution.
The Secret To Hydration – The Fourth Phase Of Water

 Some call Dr. Pollack’s discovery, the biggest and greatest discovery since Newton and gravity. Working at his water science laboratory at the University of Washington, Dr. Pollack discovered that there are more than three phases of water (solid, liquid, and vapor).

This fourth phase is greatly responsible for our level of hydration, and it goes by many different names: living water or exclusion zone (EZ) water, structured water, ordered water, liquid crystalline water, also referred to as gel water.

This research also confirmed research about hydration in desert societies by health enthusiast Gina Bria and functional doctor Dana Cohen, M.D. The Incas and the Aztecs both survived weeks without liquid water, and received hydration from chia and cacti – both containing gel water.
This gel water can also come from vegetables and other foods. According to Dr. Pollack up to 90% of water in our bodies comes from these sources.
This finding urges us to understand what gel water is and how to use it.
Gel water has an extra hydrogen and oxygen atom, making its molecular structure a H3O2. Gel water creates structures similar to snowflakes, yet stays in a fluid state. Dr. Pollack suggests that it is this type of water that makes up most of our cells in the body, and that it is much more effective than liquid water. Liquid water alone is not enough for proper hydration.
Eating foods containing gel water can be more beneficial than purely drinking water. Gel water conducts more electricity in the body, making it more efficient. Foods that contain electrolytes, which release electrical charge, are also very important for hydration.
Based on all of these factors, instead of telling the person to drink eight glasses of water a day, Dr. Pollack says that we need to look at an overall diet and lifestyle.

Tips on Staying Hydrated with Gel Water
  • Eat more fruits and vegetables, full of gel water and also electrolytes, which help to absorb water better. Especially high in water are cucumbers, strawberries, watermelon, raspberries, spinach, celery, grapefruit, cantaloupe, red cabbage, and carrots. All have over 87% water content.
  • Add lime or lemon to water. The electrolytes in these citrus fruits will help production of gel water.
  • Add a pinch of Himalayan pink salt to your water to add electrolytes as well.
  • Add a teaspoon of chia seeds to your drinks. It works especially well with crushed chia seeds.
  • Cook with coconut or ghee; both are sources of gel water and electrolytes.
  • Try earthing or grounding therapy. This includes walking barefoot on the grass to receive charge from the Earth, or buying earthing products. The electrical charge will can help split the water molecules keeping you hydrated.

Most media outlets cannot be bothered to report something that dramatically deflates their narrative. So it goes without saying that when NASA confirmed that ocean levels have actually been falling for the past few years, the media would be more than silent.
As the global warming narrative quickly unravels, and leftists scramble to throw accusations at those who dare question the false data, the media brushes facts under the rug. Amidst revelations of scientific fraud, data alteration and faked “hockey stick” data models, the fake news media remains suspiciously silent over the fact that NASA now confirms ocean levels have been falling for nearly two years.
On a NASA page intended to spread climate alarmism (, NASA’s own data reveal that worldwide ocean levels have been falling for nearly two years, dropping from a variation of roughly 87.5mm to below 85mm. This data clearly contradicts the false narrative of rapid, never-ending rising ocean levels that flood continents and drown cities. The narrative is climate alarmists key element of the climate change fear mongering fiction that’s used to scare gullible youth into making Al Gore rich.
Global warming alarmists might say this is only a “pause” in the rising ocean levels, and that the long-term trend is clearly in the direction of rising oceans. However, these people wildly exaggerate the degree of ocean level increases to the point of absurdity and have been caught red-handed completely fabricating data to continue scaring the public into supporting a non-issue.
Even in a worse case scenario, sea levels will rise only about a foot over the next 100 years. That amount is far short of what climate alarmists would need to create an apocalyptic event based solely on the weather.  Looking at current events right now, we’d say that Armageddon would be created by a world war or a global economic collapse. 
Even a warmer planet would be more hospitable to plants. But again, warmth as a benefit for plant life is not something climate alarmists want to hear. They need their backsides patted by the same lies.

79-year-old retired CIA agent, Malcom Howard, has made a series of astonishing claims since being released from hospital in New Jersey on Friday and told he has weeks to live. Mr. Howard claims he was involved in the “controlled demolition” of World Trade Center 7, the third building that was destroyed on 9/11.
Mr. Howard, who worked for the CIA for 36 years as an operative, claims he was tapped by senior CIA agents to work on the project due to his engineering background, and early career in the demolition business.
Trained as a civil engineer, Mr. Howard became an explosives expert after being headhunted by the CIA in early 1980s. Mr. Howard says has extensive experience in planting explosives in items as small as cigarette lighters and as large as “80 floor buildings.
The 79-year-old New Jersey native says he worked on the CIA operation they dubbed “New Century” between May 1997 and September 2001, during a time he says the CIA “was still taking orders from the top.” Mr. Howard says he was part of a cell of 4 operatives tasked with ensuring the demolition was successful.
Mr. Howard says the World Trade Center 7 operation is unique among his demolitions, as it is the only demolition that “we had to pretend wasn’t a demolition job”. He claims he had no problem going through with the deception at the time, because “when you are a patriot, you don’t question the motivation of the CIA or the White House. You assume the bigger purpose is for a greater good. They pick good, loyal people like me, and it breaks my heart to hear the shit talk.
But even he admits that now, looking back, “Something wasn’t right.”
No good has come from this. This isn’t the America we envisioned.”

Explaining how the building was bought down, Mr. Howard says, “It was a classic controlled demolition with explosives. We used super-fine military grade nanothermite composite materials as explosives. The hard part was getting thousands of pounds of explosives, fuses and ignition mechanisms into the building without causing too much concern. But almost every single office in the Building 7 was rented by the CIA, the Secret Service, or the military, which made it easier.
Mr. Howard explains that WTC 7 was “loaded with explosives in strategic places” in the month leading up to the day that changed the course of American history. On September 11th, while the North and South towers burned, fuses were ignited in World Trade Center 7, and nanothermite explosions hollowed out the building, destroying the steel structure, removing the reinforcements, and allowing the office fires to tear through the rest of the building, hollowing it out like a shell.
World Trade Center 7 collapsed into its own footprint at 5:20pm, seven hours after the destruction of WTC 1 and 2. The building shocked witnesses by coming down at the speed of freefall, indicating that it encountered zero resistance on the way down.
Mr. Howard and his colleagues had done their job.
When the building came down, it was such a rush. Everything went exactly to plan. It was so smooth. Everybody was evacuated. Nobody was hurt in WTC 7. We were celebrating. We kept watching replays of the demolition, we had the whiskey and cigars out, and then all of a sudden the strangest thing happened. We all started to worry that it looked a bit too smooth. We watched the tape again and again and again and we started to get paranoid. It looked like a controlled demolition. We thought shit, people are going to question this. And then we heard that people from the street were reporting that they heard the explosions during the afternoon. When we were told that the BBC botched their report and announced to the world that the building collapsed 20 minutes before it actually did… At that point we really thought the gig was up.”

According to the official 9/11 report issued by the government, WTC 7 collapsed due to “uncontrolled fires” that were caused by debris that floated over from WTC 1 and 2, which had been hit by passenger planes. If the official narrative was true, WTC 7 would be the first tall building in the world to ever collapse due to uncontrolled fires, and the only steel skyscraper in the world to have collapsed into itself, due to “office fires.”

Mr. Howard and his colleagues feared the public would see through the official narrative and rise up against the government, demanding to be told the truth.
There were so many loose ends, so much evidence left behind. We thought the public would be all over it. We thought there would be a public uprising that the media couldn’t ignore. They’d be funding investigations and demanding to know why they were being lied to. We thought they’d find chemical composites in the area that would prove Building 7 was blown up. 
“We thought there would be a revolution. It would go all the way to the top, to President Bush. He’d be dragged out of the White House.
“But none of that happened. Almost nobody questioned anything. The media shot down anyone who dared question anything they were told.”
Follow the money
Mr. Howard claims he has “no direct knowledge” about the destruction of North and South Towers of the World Trade Center, explaining that “CIA operations are very specific” and that it is common to be working on a larger project while only understanding a small piece of the puzzle.
But he has advice for investigators seeking to understand the entire puzzle and work out who was behind the most devastating attack on American soil in history.
Follow the money.”
When you want to find out who is behind something, just follow the money. Look at the trades made just before 9/11. These are the guys that knew what was coming. The sons of CIA agents, government officials. Close relatives of the most powerful men in America. Cheney, Rumsfeld. They all got rich. It wasn’t just the contracts awarded to their friends in the construction business and the wars and the kickbacks.”
“It was insider trading.”
Many countries including Britain, France, Germany, Italy, Japan and Monaco launched insider trading investigations in the wake of the 9/11 attacks, believing that if they could prove Al-Qaeda operatives profited on the stock market then they could prove the terror organization was behind the attacks.
And all the evidence pointed to heavy insider trading around 9/11.
Italy’s foreign minister, Antonio Martino, said: “I think that there are terrorist states and organizations behind speculation on the international markets.” German central bank president, Ernst Welteke, said his researchers had found “almost irrefutable proof of insider trading.”
Even CNN reported that regulators were seeing “ever-clearer signs” that someone “manipulated financial markets ahead of the terror attack in the hope of profiting from it.
Mr. Howard says that a serious study of who profited on the stock market from 9/11 would “tear the heart out of the oligarchy in America.
There is only one organization that spans the entire world, and let me tell you now, it isn’t and it never was al-Qaeda.
It’s the CIA.
There could never be a real investigation. The entire shadow government, as you call them now, are implicated.”
The 79-year-old, spending his final weeks at home, said he doesn’t expect to be taken into custody following his confession because “then they’d have to go after everyone else. They will just use the media to attack me. They are all on the payroll to suppress everything around 9/11.”

I am frankly shocked this information is not making front page news right now. Monsanto will do anything to bury this story… and as of right now, it’s working. Not a single mainstream media outlet has covered this appalling new report that shows millions of people being poisoned by a chemical that does not belong in our food. This chemical is ending up in processed foods like Cheerios, Ritz Crackers, and Oreos and being consumed by humans across the world. The health of millions of people is on the line and this news must go mainstream! That’s why I’m calling on every single one of you who reads this post to share this breaking story now. The only way this injustice will be corrected is if enough of us stand up and demand that something be done to stop the poisoning of our food supply.

A FDA-registered food safety laboratory tested iconic American food for residues of the weed killer glyphosate (aka Monsanto’s Roundup) and found ALARMING amounts.
Just to give you an idea of how outrageous these amounts are, independent research shows that probable harm to human health begins at really low levels of exposure – at only 0.1 ppb of glyphosate. Many foods were found to have over 1,000 times this amount! Well above what regulators throughout the world consider “safe”. 
Here is why we all should be concerned about eating glyphosate:
  • Independent research links glyphosate to cancer (sources: 12345) and it has been deemed a probable human carcinogen by the World Health Organization’s team of international cancer experts. The childhood cancer rate is steadily rising and experts say that they don’t know why. Why are they not taking a closer look at these facts?
  • It binds with vital nutrients in the soil (like iron, calcium, manganese, zinc) and prevents plants for taking them up. Glyphosate is thereby making food less nutritious!
Why is this weed killer in these foods? Even non-GMO and organic food! 
This chemical has gone so mainstream that glyphosate has infiltrated every facet of our environment – our water, air, soil.
  • Glyphosate is not just used on GMOs. Conventional (non-organic farmers) use Roundup as a drying agent on crops, such as oats and wheat. It can’t be simply washed off, as it is taken up into the plant itself.
  • As the active ingredient in popular “Roundup” herbicide, millions of people are using this stuff around their homes, and it’s widely used at parks and other public spaces.
So, that is why it’s not just GMO-filled junk food that is laced with glyphosate. It’s contaminating organic and non-GMO foods, and it’s even in our honey! The FDA quietly found it in almost every single sample of honey that they tested (from mass produced to organic mountain honey). The media has been essentially silent and barely anyone heard this news!
Even if you don’t personally eat the specific brands that were tested (I don’t), how many people are eating Cheerios and Ritz Crackers every day? A lot!
How many of your friends and family have their cabinets filled with these foods? These people need to know this information.
There are still thousands of other brands and whole foods that have not been tested for glyphosate residues, so we can’t be so sure that our own organic, non-GMO, and unprocessed food is safe. Americans are effectively being forced to eat this poison until something is done to stop the rampant use of this chemical. Yes, I said poison.
Monsanto doesn’t want the public to know these findings for obvious reasons. They have our regulatory agencies in their back pocket to make sure they can continue to make a hefty profit while poisoning the masses.
While there are now several manufacturers of glyphosate herbicides, Monsanto completely dominates the market and this is a best seller. They are raking in BILLIONS every year and certainly don’t want that to stop. They are clearly, without a doubt, using their prosperity to influence our government regulators. Why else would those entrusted to protect the public from harmful chemicals turn a blind eye to this?
Our public agencies are allowing corporations to poison Americans for profit.
In 2013, the EPA massively increased the industry standard of what is considered a “safe” level of glyphosate on our food, in order to make enormous amounts seem A-OK. Instead of properly regulating, they effectively raised the “safe” level so that no one can blame the industry for poisoning us with unlawful amounts of chemicals. This is corruption at its finest. The EPA has a long and sordid history of doing whatever Monsanto wants and you have to ask yourself why this continues to happen and how we can make it stop.
The EPA continues to pander to Monsanto, as they keep postponing and dragging their feetto evaluate glyphosate’s link to cancer in humans. The industry is fighting tooth and nail to make sure that the EPA “evaluation” will be in their favor and is trying to control who will be on the panel. Why won’t the EPA do their job to make sure that the world’s most widely used herbicide isn’t causing us all to get cancer? Don’t you think this should be a top priority? It’s time for the EPA to put the public health above the corrupt desires of corporations.
When it comes to the FDA, they are not protecting the American public from glyphosate either. After announcing in February that they would FINALLY begin testing foods for glyphosate residues, they just decided to suspend their testing this week. Could it be that Monsanto didn’t like the results they started getting – especially since the FDA found glyphosate in foods that should be especially safe like BABY FOOD? Monsanto will do whatever it takes to keep that story out of the public eye.
Doesn’t the public deserve to know this information? It should be shouted from the rooftops!
It is shameful that the American media has thus far failed to cover this breaking news, but WE HAVE THE POWER to make this information go viral. If you really want to stop the corruption perpetuated by Monsanto and the large chemical companies – this is how we shut them down!
