THERE IS ONLY ONE CURE FOR A SICK REGIME: CHANGE THE REGIME

That is exactly what RPK and a host of other UMNO cyber troopers are doing. They are putting up smokescreens and diverting the Rakyat’s attention and repeating more lies to make the Rakyat hate DAP to avoid the inevitable end game that they fear the most: A change of regime in 2018!
Nicole Tan Lee Koon
I refer to the articles, “Why Malays would rather vote for an UMNO-led Barisan than a DAP-dominated Pakatan” (READ HERE) by Megat Ibrahim and “DAP is its own enemy” (READ HERE) by Raja Petra Kamarudin (RPK), respectively. These are two classic examples of what RPK himself said in his article “Mukhriz is bigger than Kedah” (READ HERE):
“You need to make people hate the DAP Chinese, the Amanah Malays, Lim Kit Siang, Lim Guan Eng, Anwar Ibrahim, Mat Sabu, the opposition, etc. This is how the opposition does it and if Umno and Barisan Nasional want to remain in power then this is exactly the same game they need to play. If not, in 2018 Malaysia is going to get a new government”.
That is exactly what RPK and a host of other UMNO cyber troopers are doing. They are putting up smokescreens and diverting the Rakyat’s attention and repeating more lies to make the Rakyat hate DAP to avoid the inevitable end game that they fear the most: A change of regime in 2018 !
Just take Megat Ibrahim’s article. He started by saying that he can refute my arguments by using facts and figures from history. I scoured his article and found that his arguments  were all based on some hearsay evidence about the Perak constitutional crisis and  Facebook postings by a few DAP leaders. Using hearsay evidence and Facebook postings to counter statistical facts and figures is like pitting Malaysia against Germany in a football game. A foregone conclusion. RPK (at his new low) even supported Megat’s arguments. I say to the UMNO and BN cyber troopers (including RPK), give us actual facts and figures from history, then we talk.
The difference between the UMNO cyber troopers and the Pakatan cyber troopers is that the latter are attacking UMNO and BN out of their own volition as they really want a change of regime. They are sick and tired of being deceived by UMNO and BN every General Elections for the past 59 years.
Just like Najib. Why isn’t there a motion of no confidence against Najib like in Kedah against Mukhriz? Very simple: The same reason why the question “Where is the RM2.6 billion?” is still unanswered until today. Najib and the powers that be are absolutely corrupted.
Najib is so corrupted that he will use whatever means possible to hold on to power. Whoever is not for Najib is against Najib. Najib removed all obstacles in his path faster that you can say “Lord Ganesha”. You scratch my back, I scratch your back. Najib puts his sycophants into positions of power.
Najib is so corrupted that he can tell Ling Liong Sik that he took the SRC money and yet ask Ling to prove it. I am reminded of the Chinese martial arts term called Zou huo ru mo or “martial arts deviation” (Chinese: 走火入魔, literally means “walking fire entering demon”) (something like Kundalini Sakti that went awry). It is a Chinese term traditionally used to indicate that something has gone wrong in martial arts training, applied to describe a psychological disorder believed to result during or after martial arts practice. Symptoms include hallucination and paranoia.
Najib and his supporters are suffering from this martial arts deviation. Just replace the words “martial arts” with “deceive the Rakyat”.  UMNO and BN has been deceiving the Rakyat for the past 59 years until they are suffering from “deceive the Rakyat deviation” syndrome. They are incorrigibly delusional. They are suffering from a serious ailment. They can be likened to the Emperor’s with the new clothes. They pranced around proudly oblivious to the fact that they are actually naked. They will continue to do and say delusional things until they are cured. There is only one cure. CHANGE THE GOVERNMENT!

How to Heal Cavities and Tooth Decay Naturally

How to Heal Cavities and Tooth Decay Naturally
It is important that we visit the dentist at least once a year for check-ups. However, something as simple and inexpensive as changing our diet, could change the state of our oral health, naturally and may even help us to fight tooth decay and even naturally heal cavities.

What is tooth decay?

Teeth are made up of four layers. Enamel is the hard, protective, mineralized shell. Below that is dentin, a bone like substance which provides another protective mineralized layer. Underneath that, the tooth has a soft center called a pulp, which contains all the blood vessels and nerve endings. This is covered with cementum, another mineralized tissue.
When the diet is not adequate, acid in your mouth dissolves the outer layers of your teeth, and tooth decay sets in.

Symptoms of tooth decay

* Tooth ache
* Pain when eating or drinking
* Sensitivity to cold or hot food
* Visible discolored spots on teeth

How to naturally heal your own tooth decay and cavities

I would forgive you for laughing out loud at the above statement. Many dentists think the idea is ludicrous and insist that the only way to heal cavities is through dental intervention.
However, studies from holistic dentists and the research of Dr. Weston A Price, showed that diet has an incredible impact on oral health, even more so than brushing, would you believe it? Well right now, you probably don’t, but in this article I will provide you with evidence that will convince you. I didn’t know myself that teeth can re-mineralize, but looking at webMD website, this a natural process by which minerals are redeposited in tooth enamel after being removed by acids. Also Livestrong website talks about re-mineralization toothpastes that can bind to the tooth surface to aid in re-mineralization of the enamel, decreasing the risk of cavity formation (you can find in my previous article how to use eggshells to heal your cavities).
Do you brush at least twice a day, floss and reduce your intake of sugar? (But still enjoy a cheeky piece of chocolate now and then, me too 😉
If the answer to the above is a yes and yet you still get cavities, then you may be missing a few tricks.
Dr Weston A. Price, traveled the world in order to study isolated populations and their native diets. He was astounded to discover that many native people whose diet was devoid of modern food, ubiquitous in western countries, had nearly perfect dental structure and very little tooth decay.
The doctor reached the conclusion that our oral health is largely determined by diet, especially by these main factors:
* The presence of enough minerals in the diet.
* The presence of enough fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E and K) in the diet.
* How bio-available these nutrients are and how well the body is absorbing them. It was found that this is largely influenced by the presence of Phytic Acid in the diet.

What is Phytic acid?

Phytic acid is a form of phosphorus that is not easily absorbed by humans. Phytic acid actually binds to essential nutrients in your digestive tract. This binding stops you from being able to absorb essential nutrients.
People who consume large amounts of phytic acid in the form of grains, seeds, nuts, and legumes have higher rates of tooth decay, mineral deficiencies and osteoporosis. However, the western diet is high in grains, sugars, and vegetable oils, and low in fat soluble vitamins, which are beneficial for optimal bone health and the prevention of tooth decay.
But there’s no need to panic if I’ve just summed up your diet. Your body is capable of healing itself. Through a process called remineralization, specialized cells in the center of the tooth are able to regenerate dentin, the layer of tooth just under the enamel, and the enamel can then properly remineralize from the outside.
You can encourage this process by reducing the amount of phytic acid from your diet. Now you’re probably thinking: “How can I remove phytic acid from my diet entirely, when it is found in so many foods?” And you’re bang on. It would be very difficult to eliminate all foods containing phytic acid. So the advisable thing to do is to reduce the consumption of foods that contain the highest amounts.
Food sources with the highest percentage of phytic acid are almonds, beans, Brazil nuts, brown rice, chick peas, coconut, corn, hazelnuts and lentils. Don’t cut them completely from your menu, as they still have many other health benefits, but eat them in moderation. Everyone who eats plants consumes some phytic acid. It’s all a question of degree.

What foods to avoid

Sugar – I’m sorry, if you are like me, you have a big old sweet tooth. I can’t pass up a cookie. But my mouth would thank me a lot more if I did.
Sugar comes in many forms, for example, sucrose, fructose, maltose and glucose. All of which are damaging to your teeth. Oh and when it says: ‘No added sugar’ on a label, don’t be fooled. That does not necessarily mean it is sugar free. It just means that no sugar has been added during its production. The naturally occurring sugars are still in the product. It may contain one of the sugars listed above or be listed as ‘carbohydrates.’ Cheeky eh?
To help prevent tooth decay, try to cut out products containing refined sugars and don’t exaggerate with natural sugars as well, like honey.

But why is sugar so terrible for your teeth?

The bacteria in your mouth like to feed on sugar, which excrete acids that eat away at your tooth enamel, and start the decaying process. However, if you really fancy something sweet, choose a fruit instead. Although fruits also contain sugar, it was found that eating fruit as part of a balanced diet is fine.

The best foods for your teeth

Vegetables – Vegetables are rich in fiber, which keeps saliva flowing and create mineral defenses against tooth decay.
Calcium – Your teeth and jaws are mostly made up of calcium. Without it, you are at risk of developing gum disease and tooth decay. So if you don’t consume enough calcium, then do so! Calcium can be found in lots of food and drinks such as milk, yogurt and cheese. But don’t worry if you are lactose intolerant or following a dairy-free diet. Vegetables such as spinach, kale and broccoli are also very high in calcium, as well as boasting other vital nutrients that are great for you. Read here more about better sources of calcium than dairy products.
Magnesium – Helps in creating alkaline environment in the blood, is essential for creating vitamin D and required for the metabolism of calcium. Can be found in green leaves, seeds, almonds, beans, fish, avocado and banana.
Grass-fed meats – Meat helps teeth remineralize from eating acidic food, such as fruit. Red meat, chicken, fish and seafood is also rich in vitamin B12 and B2. Furthermore, people who do not consume enough of these vitamins are more prone to mouth sores.
Healthy Fat – Healthy fat (such as omega-3) is good for you!…In moderation, of course.
Coconut oil – Its anti-bacterial nature will help to get rid of harmful bacteria in your mouth (it is often used in oil pulling technique).
Organic butter – Many people prefer to use low fat margarine as an alternative to butter as they believe it is less fattening and better for your health. However, eating pastured, cultured butter in moderation will not make you fat. It is completely natural, unlike margarine and other low-fat spreads which are highly processed. Furthermore, butter is rich in calcium, which as you know, helps prevent tooth decay.
Homemade broth (Chicken or Beef) – It has a lot of benefits due to its rich mineral content.

Supplements to heal cavities and improve oral health

Fermented cod liver oil – One of the main supplements recommended by Doctor Weston A Price. Furthermore, Raimen A Nigel, the author of the successful book, Cure Tooth Decay, recommends it and says that Green Pastures makes the highest quality fat soluble vitamin food based supplements.
Vitamin D – The sun provides a great source of vitamin D, but I’m not asking you to smile up at the sun every day. That’s entirely up to you.  You can simply eat foods that are rich in Vitamin D, such as, oily fish (salmon, sardines and mackerel), eggs and milk. You can also buy over-the-counter vitamin D supplements after consulting with your doctor. Read here more about 12 common diseases caused by vitamin D deficiency.

Rinse away your tooth decay

One thing you can do today to improve your oral hygiene and whiten your teeth, is begin rinsing with 1.5%-3% hydrogen peroxide, three times per week for thirty seconds before brushing. H2O2 is pretty much water with an extra oxygen molecule. It is a natural oxidizer which kills mouth bacteria and helps you to whiten your teeth. This cleans your mouth and freshens your breath. Or make your own tooth paste: combine ¼ cup of 3% hydrogen peroxide with ½ cup baking soda and store in a darkened container. Use as normal tooth paste. Make sure to not swallow any peroxide. After the rinse, make sure to rinse out your mouth with water. Read here more about 11 great uses of hydrogen peroxide.
You can also do oil pulling technique. Oil pulling is mentioned in the Ayurvedic medicine. The basic idea is that oil is swished in the mouth each day and this action helps improve oral health and whiten the teeth. You need to swish a couple teaspoons of a vegetable based oil (like coconut oil) in the mouth for about 20 minutes and then spit it out and rinses well. Oil pulling is usually recommended to be done first thing in the morning before eating or drinking, and after it you brush your teeth in the normal morning routine. Read more about this technique in my article how to use oil pulling for oral health.

How To Use Eggshells to Heal Your Cavities

How To Use Eggshells to Heal Your Cavities

We all know that visiting our dentist at least once a year is important to our oral health, but have you ever thought of brushing your teeth with eggshells?…Probably not, and I wouldn’t blame you. The thought of it is kinda weird, and why would we want to use eggshells when there are plenty of commercial toothpastes available that claim to transform our teeth into perfect pearly whites?

Well, eggshells contain the perfect amount of the ideal substances for healing cavities (which regular toothpastes do not), and huge amounts of calcium and 27 other minerals. Pretty impressive huh? To think we throw out eggshells, thinking they are useless!

Furthermore, I’m talking about it based on the personal experience of my natural health enthusiast friend Anette. Anette has sensitive teeth and went through a phase of getting a lot of cavities.

She tried natural fluoride free toothpaste and commercial brands for sensitive teeth, and even plain baking soda.

However, none of that stuff was helping to stop her getting cavities. So then she began researching more information about tooth remineralization and found that through this process, specialized cells in the center of the tooth are able to regenerate dentin, the layer of tooth just under the enamel, and the enamel can then properly remineralize from the outside.

She found out that there is even a special diet for that. But with a family of fussy eaters, and a lack of time and money, she felt like that kind of diet wasn’t going to work for her. So, thank goodness she stumbled upon a recipe to make a remineralizing toothpaste at home, using eggshells!

She has been using her homemade eggshell toothpaste for nearly a year, and she has no more cavities developed since! She says her teeth also feel a lot cleaner, with much less plaque build up, and even her dentists was impressed.

They are also whiter. Her friends have all noticed and have been asking what toothpaste she used. You can imagine their shock when she said, eggshells! Her gums and mouth, in general, also feels a lot healthier. All in all she feels much happier and more confident, and finds herself smiling and laughing more.

The science behind the eggshells toothpaste

Hungarian physician, Krompeher, along with a group of medics and biologists, first began studying the healthy properties of eggshells. Over 10 years of research have shown that eggshells are the perfect source of bio-available calcium (dense and easily absorbed).

This whole revelation about eggshells is actually backed up by a dentistry school in the Philippines, where a study took place, comparing various commercial toothpaste brands along with their own compounded toothpaste from eggshells.

They discovered that over time, the teeth cleaned with the eggshell toothpaste had less plaque build up and stronger enamel. This is due to the fact that eggshells have calcium and other trace minerals which are essential for healthy enamel, thus preventing cavities.

Amazing eggshells are not just great for our teeth either, studies also showed accelerated healing when eggshells were used for treating such orthopedic diseases as congenital dislocation of a hip or osteoporosis.

Eggshells are especially beneficial for small children with the formation of their bone tissue, which requires calcium. Some people even add shells to baby food which can help prevent rickets and anemia, which normally occurs along with rickets.

How to consume eggshells

To get optimum nutrition from eggshells, it is best to use organic, free range eggs. Simply boil eggs until hard and peel the shells off (the boiling will kill any pathogens). Allow the shells to dry naturally. You can grind them down into a fine powder and add them to your food or add them into your daily smoothies.

Homemade Eggshell Toothpaste

The advantage of this toothpaste is that it contains natural ingredients, it’s cheap and effective. It also allows you to avoid commercial toothpastes that may cause cancer or embed plastic in your gums. You may have heard that baking soda is abrasive, and therefore eggshells may be the same.

However, compared to commercial toothpastes, baking soda and eggshells are much less abrasive, and therefore healthier for your teeth. You can also use baking soda as a powerful kitchen medicine  and a combination of baking soda with lemon is being researched to treat cancer.

You will need:

¼ cup eggshells or calcium magnesium tablets (ground up)
About 2 Tbs. or more coconut oil (there are other
amazing reasons to use coconut oil)
1 Tbs. baking soda

Optional ingredients to add:

1 tsp. Castile soap (Castile soap is an olive oil based soap and its name is originated from Castile, Spain, a region renowned for its olive oil. It gives the recipe a smoother consistency. Anette uses Dr Bronners Castile soap).
1 tsp. sea salt (see my other
 antiseptic toothpowder with sea salt)
A few drops peppermint essential oil (use food grade only). This essential oil is amazing and so versatile and gives a fresh feeling in the mouth – you can read about the
top 10 uses for peppermint essential oil).

Preparation:

Give the eggshells a rinse and boil them for a few minutes to get rid of the pathogens. Then air dry them. Grind up the shells or tablets in a coffee grinder until they turn into a fine powder. Combine the ingredients in a bowl, adding coconut oil until it reaches a smooth consistency (you can adjust the amount of the coconut oil). Add the optional ingredient if you want. Store in a jar. You can use a spoon to put the mixture on your tooth brush.

Unmasking Tun Abdul Razak and the ugly truths about him

Unmasking Tun Abdul Razak and the ugly truths about him
FOCUS: It was on 15 March 1975 that the World Cup hockey final was played in Kuala Lumpur between India and Pakistan. Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, prime minister of Malaysia back then, was the guest-of-honour. It was a titanic clash between the two arch rivals and India emerged the winners.
But it was during the prize-winning ceremony that it dawned on me some revelations about Razak. He was led to the winning rostrum. But, in a gruff manner, he just handed the trophy to Ajitpal Singh, captain of the Indian team, and walked away with a disgusted huff towards the Pakistan team.
In the Pakistan camp, he gave them their runners-up award and shook hands with each and every player and official and exchanged pleasantries with them.
The Indian team was made up of Hindus, Muslims and Christians. But the Pakistani team were all Muslim. As a fourteen-year--old schoolboy watching the unfolding drama on the field from the grandstands, it dawned on me that Razak was not a sportsman. He was biased and prejudiced and it was obviously evident.
This is why, recently, on commemoration of the 40th anniversary of his death, it comes as shocking the sign of support for him from Dr Mahathir Mohamad, Rafidah Aziz and of course, his son Najib, but please do not believe the accolades they shower on him.
Razak was a Malay chauvinist who only had eyes for his own race.
With the ouster of Tunku Abdul Rahman, following the 13 May 1969 race riots, Razak and Umno deposed the Tunku and he became prime minister only to swiftly and hastily implement the ill-conceived New Economic Policy (NEP) which reeked of racism and a form of apartheid.
This was actually the beginning of how Malaysia slowly and steadily, over the years, started to shy away from the pure democracy of the Tunku. The Tunku was appalled and shocked by the NEP's implementation and he protested that it was a denial of the equal rights of the minority races, the Chinese and the Indians.

 Tunku Abdul RahmanTunku Abdul Rahman

Razak ushered in the era where democracy was severely compromised and there was no more fair play, justice and meritocracy. Neither was any of the tenets and obligations of democracy adhered to by him.
And instead of swinging with the great Western democracies, he established ties with the communist regimes of China and Russia.
During his tenure as prime minister, he began the slant towards Malaysia becoming a police state and he governed with an iron fist in a velvet glove.
Razak's period of governance was marked by a heavy oppression of the people and the evil NEP served no purpose as after the 30-year period it ran, it brought prosperity only to a fraction of Bumiputeras.
Razak was also guilty of fabricating and coining the previously non-existent term of “Bumiputera” or indigenous people. But the NEP was only responsible for creating a wedge between the Malays and the other races and for establishing a governing elite in this country who now holds sway over the majority of the people in this country.
However, Razak's tenure as prime minister was quite short. He passed on in 1976 from leukemia.
This country now badly needs leaders, regardless of race of religion, who will sacrifice and serve the people and bring glory and honour to this nation. Leaders who will turn this nation around and realize its potential as a Great Nation. Not biased or prejudiced leaders with foggy ideas and chronically ill thinking ways that leads us to regress and brings us backwards to the Dark Ages.
Tun Abdul Razak was also responsible for the May 14 race riots. Harun who was an MB could never on his own steam, manage such a widespread terror, he needs support from very powerful and capable people in power, Was Tun Abdul Razak earlier death a consequence of his actions?

Datuk Bolly Lapok, who is also the Archbishop of the Anglican Church of Southeast Asia, said the Islamist party president was a "loose cannon" and a person of "no substance", and who had no right to talk about Christians and Sarawak's indigenous people, the Dayaks, in such a disparaging manner.
“With due respect to him as a one of the political leaders, Hadi (should) put all of his condemning words in a basket and throw it into our Sarawak river. He (is) plainly mischievous," Bolly said of Hadi's recent remarks that Christian missionaries spread their teachings in Africa and in Sabah and Sarawak after being rejected in the West.

Hadi's remarks were published in the PAS organ, Harakah.

“I do not know what sort of books he is reading, what sources he is quoting or how he reached that observation. He is a person of no substance and has no right to talk about Christians or the Dayaks in Sarawak,” Bolly said in an interview with The Malaysian Insider.
(Christianity is no longer attractive in countries where there is a high level of education, such as Germany, France, Britain and other European countries. They brought their teaching to the interiors of our country like Sabah and Sarawak.)
Hadi had also said that Christian missionaries used unethical means to spread their faith, such as giving money and other incentives.
Bolly today slammed these remarks, and said that Sarawak's history showed that Christians in the state, the majority of whom are Dayak people, would disagree that they had been exploited.
“Humans are imperfect, but to dismiss the whole missionary movement as rejected in Europe is completely arrogant and mischievous,” Bolly said.
Christianity is recorded as having come to Sarawak in the 1930s through missionaries.
Bolly, who is also chairman of the Council of Churches of Malaysia (CCM), said he heard of Hadi's remarks on Wednesday when he arrived home from the Meeting of the Primates of the Anglican Communion in Canterbury, England.
At the meeting, Anglican clerics had just discussed the issue of moderation and the threat to civilisation posed by the Islamic State (Isis) militant group.
He said even governments of Muslim countries were calling for help to fight the Isis threat.
“We are called to fight together on things which are wrong. To my dismay, upon arriving home on Wednesday, this was what I hear,” Bolly said.
Meanwhile, Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) Sarawak chairman Mohamad Fidzuan Zaidi described Hadi’s statement on Christian missionaries as very insensitive.
The former Parti Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) Sarawak election director said such baseless criticism would not do well in a multi-racial and multi-religious state.
“Amanah Sarawak rejects any effort to belittle other religions,” he said. – January 22, 2016.
Hadi is talking nonsense. Age affecting hi mind? Islam is being forced onto indigenous prople and others yet he blames Christians for doing this.

Villagers denied subsidies, water tanks for not voting BN

 | January 22, 2016
DAP slams bias actions, calls it blatant abuse of power that is tantamount to a criminal act in many democratic countries.
SarawakPETALING JAYA: A group of villagers from Kampung Mentu Tapu, Sarawak has claimed that their village head deprived them of pepper fertiliser subsidies, water tanks and tar-sealed roads due to their political affiliation.
The village falls under the Barisan Nasional-held constituency of Kedup.
In a statement, Abdul Aziz Isa, the Special Assistant to Sarawak DAP Chairman Chong Chieng Jen, labelled these actions as a blatant abuse of power and said it was time to eradicate sadistic and ruthless politics, as well as its culprits.
He also said that in many democratic countries, these abuses were viewed as criminal.
“Why must funds meant for all rakyat be deprived to those who don’t vote for BN?”
He said this when accompanying the group to lodge a report at the One Stop Centre IPD Kuching, and described the abuse of power as an act of “favouritism and injustice”.
BN leaders and supporters, Abdul Aziz said, should know that the allocations came from the taxpayers and therefore, must be returned fairly to the rakyat regardless of their political affiliations.
He then urged the Chief Minister and relevant authorities to investigate this matter.
These actions are a blatant abuse of power. Who do these prople think they are - god.
May God deal with them as their folly deserves!
